DND: Kiev distorts the real facts of the OSCE report on the shelling

Ukraine in the Joint center for control of ceasefire regime in the Donbass distorts the data by shelling the filter station in Donetsk. This was told in the command of the DNI.

According to the records of the office, the report of the OSCE Commission yesterday reported that the camera is located within the Donetsk filtering station, spotted the fire from the Ukrainian troops. In operational command of the DNI stated that this method in the Center of Kiev brazenly muddles the OSCE report and accuses DND in the shelling station.

Donetsk filtering station is within 12 km from the city in the neutral territory near the point of contact. It provides water to 400,000 residents of the region.

In April 2014, the regime of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko started the fighting in the Donbass against the LC and the DNI, declared independence after Euromaidan in Kiev. According to the UN, in the end, the conflict has killed 10,000 people.
