ST. THOMAS – A lawyer who has been accused of attacking a family with a baseball bat in the parking lot of a shopping center, Elgin St. Thomas, Ontario, at the beginning of the month, has been freed on bail Monday.
Mark Phillips, a lawyer of 37 years and son of the former mayor of Toronto, is headed to a colombian family, the 7 of December, by shouting terrorist and holding a baseball bat, fracturing a rib of the man of the couple, reported Postmedia.
