There are memories that resonate louder than others and who become almost of omens. In an interview for Le Figaro, Daniel Angeli has recounted a past moment with his old friend, Johnny Hallyday. Between 1996 and 2012, the photographer has followed the famous rocker in all his travels, to the four corners of the world, and this, until Saint-Barthélemy, where Johnny Hallyday was living in his villa a few weeks per year. The duo, inseparable, had then enjoyed a ride in the car on the island to imagine the future but also the following : “I remember a joke that resonates oddly to this, said Daniel Angeli le Figaro. (…) We stopped at Jojo Burger, in front of the cemetery of Lorient. He looked at me and threw me ” This cemetery is beautiful. I think we should buy two seats’. Today, Johnny is lying there. After a heartfelt homage to made in Paris in front of thousands of fans and viewers, the body of the performer of “I promise you” was transported to Saint-Barth. On the 11th of December, a ceremony was held in a small committee – only those close friends and family were present – in the cemetery of Lorient, in accordance with his wish.
