In the district of vinett law enforcement officers detained the maniac who during the day was a girl raped and tortured by electroshokers. This was reported by foreign media.

According to the victim, 39-year-old Dean Thuan brought her to his home, tied up and began to brutally rape. The man used a stun gun. Girl’s suffering lasted for 24 hours. After that Thuan left the victim bound in the basement of his house. The girl by miracle managed to escape. She was able to reach neighbors. After hearing about the incident the neighbors called the law enforcement.

Arrived on the scene police found a naked victim with traces of duct tape, which she was bound. Militiamen carried out a search in the house of the suspect. In addition to the Taser, they were able to discover a large amount of drugs. Dean Thuan arrested and charged with several crimes.
