Between Sylvie Vartan & David Hallyday, love is unconditional, the pride palpable. Evidenced by these beautiful words of the singer for his son.
A proud mother of her son. When she spoke David in the columns of Gala in 2013, the singer did not hide his admiration as a mother. David, the son she had young, with Johnny Hallyday, the absent father, always on tour, caught up by the demons of his own childhood. A son that she raised, often alone, before meeting Tony Scotti, her second husband. A 51-year-old David Hallyday has become the new leader of the clan Hallyday, protector with Laeticia, papa hen to her 3 children, head of the family, both quiet and determined, talented artist and a man with little care for his own.
“David, I’ve even dreamed of… And it has answered all my wishes ! It is truly a gift of life, too. It has always been very close. I am happy that he is a sensitive artist, and discreet. Child, he was especially close with me. When I found myself alone with him, I wanted to avoid the trap of a relationship stifling mother-son. I am naturally possessive with the people I love, but I was aware that it needed a male model so that it can build as a man. If his father wanted to see him, he saw it, but it was not very often. He was fourteen years old when Tony came into our life and, from there, my fi ls has been able to rely on a man every day. (…)”
And to continue : “My son has a very great wisdom, and his mental strength amazes me. I think it has certainly suffered from my separation from his father, but he had with Tony a model of a strong man, right, who protected him, helped him to build.”
Sylvie Vartan and husband Tony Scotti desperately wanted to have a large family. Together, they adopted a daughter, Darina, very present on the social networks.
