The life of Laeticia Hallyday, tipped on 6 December last, the date of the death of her husband at the age of 74 years. Since then, she tries to return to a normal life with his family to Saint-Barth. But what is it the legacy of the deceased ?

If Johnny Hallyday was very loyal, his wife Laeticia, however, should receive a legacy comfortable. After the mourning, comes the time of sharing. Indeed, the legacy of the performer of “I promise” should be divided between all the heirs property and moral of the family to know Laeticia and her four children, Jade, Joy, but also his elders, David and Laura.

A heritage financial important

With over sixty years of career, and not less than 1 300 songs recorded, Johnny Hallyday was able to rely on his royalties. These charges will therefore be redistributed to the family. Laeticia Hallyday should thus perceive the rights of the author, throughout his life. But not only that… The rights to share are many : when a song goes on the radio or the television, when it is used in a nightclub or sold on the platforms of legal download or even at concerts and other events in tribute to the star. Royalties which could amount to several tens of millions of euros according to the magazine VSD.

As an album posthumous is in preparation. Before his death of the continuations of a cancer of the lung, Johnny Hallyday had recorded several unreleased tracks. The album should come out in stores in the coming months.

Added to this is a heritage property. The idol of the young was the owner of several villas, and this, to the four corners of the world : Marnes-la-Coquette (a value of over 25 million euros, but which to this day has not found a taker), but also in St. Barts, The Villa Jade, Los Angeles (a villa in the upscale neighborhood of Pacific Palisades) or Gstaad in Switzerland.
