A fire broke out in a lebanese coffee on the boulevard de l’acadie in the borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville, Montreal, early Thursday morning.
To 5: 15 p.m., emergency services received a call reporting that three people were smashed with an iron bar, the window of the Restaurant Ezo D, located near the rue Mazurette, reported Benoit Boiselle, a spokesperson for the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).
The suspects have then launched a bottle of gasoline ignited inside the trade. The coffee was, however, sustained minor damage according to the police, since the sprinklers were triggered.
The investigation has been transferred to the investigators of his section of the arson of the SPVM. No arrest has been made for the moment.
