TORONTO | Bruce McArthur, the man arrested by Toronto police earlier in January for the murder of two gay men, will have to answer new charges related to three other killings.
On Monday, the Toronto police explained that the investigation, which continues on McArthur, has raised enough evidence to accuse the landscape artist, 66-year-old murder premeditated of Majeed Kayhan, 58 years, Toronto, Majeed Kayhan, 58 years old, from Toronto also, as well as Dean Lisowick, 47 years of age, a man without a fixed address. Mr. Kayhan had been reported missing in October 2012, while Mr. Mahmudi, was missing since August 2015.
When he was arrested on January 18, McArthur had been charged with the murder of Selim Esen, 44, and Andrew Kinsman, a 49 years old, two men who frequented the gay district of Toronto. About Dean Lisowick, it has never been reported missing, according to what has been reported to the media CP24 in the wake of the press conference held by the police in the morning on Monday.
The Toronto police now consider the man as a serial killer alleged.
This new development in the survey seems to confirm the fears of members of the gay community toronto who said that a serial killer was aimed for a few years.
During the press conference, the main survey on file, detective sergeant Hank Idsinga explained that the evidence, including human remains, have been discovered during excavations in comprehensive properties related to McArthur.
According to what was reported by CP24, the police in particular found bones belonging to at least three different people. Some of the remains have been found in large trays with plants.
The police has not been able to say, Monday morning, if all the human remains discovered belong to the victims who have already been identified or if they belong to other victims, who remain to be identified.
