All Cogeco customers in Quebec should have to do without their phone service due to an outage, said the company.

On its website, Cogeco indicates that the failure has been ongoing since 15h29. “Rest assured that our team is working tirelessly to resolve the problem quickly,” said the company on its Twitter account.

“We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We will keep you informed of any updates,” added Cogeco, without giving a timeline for the resumption of the service.
