Troubling behaviors : parents of Gatineau in fury

GATINEAU | parents are in a fury against the Commission scolaire des Draveurs, which would have closed the eyes for several years on the conduct troubling a manager of the department of care towards students.
The Newspaper has documented complaints against this employee since 2012, while she was working in another primary school in Gatineau.
According to the complaint addressed to the management of the school of Belles-Rives, the lady would have a private dinner for a child of 7 years, because he was not on the list of diners due to an error. The child used however, services catering for more than a year.
“You have not paid, you don’t have dinner, so you don’t eat “, would have said the daycare provider.
At this time, this parent was concerned about the climate at daycare, since no one had dared to feed a girl of 7 years, for fear of getting reprimanded by the manager.
A few months later, the employee left her position to join the school Climbing.
The police have already investigated
The police of Gatineau has already looked at the behaviour of this officer of the guard.
In 2015, the mother of a family had complained to the police and to the school management of the Escalation to a violent actions.
A senior kindergarten student was allegedly brutalized by the employee during the broadcast of a film.
“She was taken by the arms and tucked inside a wall. It was loud enough for my daughter to hit his head. She told me that it had made him ill, ” the mother of the child who did not want to be identified.
This complaint did not, however, led to the filing of charges.
New complaints have been forwarded to the police in the wake of new revelations.
The employee would include, among others tied the hands and feet of students with adhesive tape, and would have made a scroll of the students in the screaming noise of the train to humiliate them.
Wrath of the parents
Dozens of parents came out to know their way of thinking to the commissioners of the Commission scolaire des Draveurs on Monday night.
“I don’t understand why it has changed now so that there have already been other complaints in the past. Because it is out in the media, you want to make a good figure. To me, that’s what worries me, ” said Eloise Lessard-Dostie.
The Commission scolaire des Draveurs said in the end of the day that prosecutors external have been mandated to meet with members of the staff of the school.
A service to help students affected by the situation has been put in place.
