In Beijing completed the construction of the world’s first auction of the building : In the World : Vladim

The world’s first set completely designed for the auction, was built in the heart of China. In Beijing, designed by renowned German architectural firm Ole Scheeren built a modern building-transformer. The main functions of the building – auctions. Customer – Chinese auction house Guardian.

The intent of the designers of the auction at The Guardian Art Center is multi-functional. Due to the complex mechanism, movable partitions, and ceiling-mounted units – the center of the building easily transforms into a large space for holding all kinds of exhibitions and auctions. The building is perfect for meetings, seminars and other events related to the reception of a large number of guests. In the basement is located the restoration complex. On the floors and tiers was a place for Museum, exhibition space for art objects, hotel complex, restaurant, administrative offices and a bookstore. A large area size of 1700 square meters, ready to welcome guests from all corners of the Earth.
