In love with a suspect, an investigator for the North Shore would have done research in the computer by the police to another man that the lady was attending. A surge of jealousy, which earned him a criminal charge.

In the summer of 2014, detective sergeant Dir Lemay would have been in a relationship forbidden with Nancy Asselin, a woman he had arrested on the scene of a pot plantation, Boisbriand.

The policeman, 46-year-old, who is currently undergoing his trial for breach of trust and fraudulent use of a computer, he would have provided information on the survey about the show and about other projects on which he worked.

The investigator of the Régie intermunicipale de police Thérèse-De Blainville and the suspect exchanged more than 2000 text messages and photos between may and October 2014. They are also seen on several occasions on the working hours of Mr. Lemay, because it was in a couple.

The two lovers were discussing the case of Ms. Asselin, they took a drink and they had sex.

Real Lemay and Nancy Asselin had a great physical attraction for each other, according to their text messages, often very raw in which The Journal has obtained a copy.

Their relationship seems then to have evolved. “The matter is that I’m falling in love with you at a 100 miles an hour, and I know very well that I’m going to drette in a wall [sic],” wrote Ms. Asselin, the end of August 2014.

“It is a little of what I wanted to write… but I dare not use this word… But I have no wall [sic],” replied Mr. Lemay.

The policeman didn’t seem very enchanted to learn, a few days later, that his “lovely Nancy” was seeing another man.

“It was a little too much questions. It looks like jealousy, it was not his case, ” testified the woman, 43-year-old, Monday, at the palais de justice in Saint-Jérôme.

On a night that Ms. Asselin was with this other man, the investigator Lemay visited her house to leave a gift bag in front of his car. He took note of the license plate of the man, and would have done of the research at the Centre de renseignements policiers du Québec (CRPQ) the next day.

The detective sergeant would also have viewed the page Facebook of the man on his hours of work. “I am not of size with all this… [sic] “, he then wrote to the lady by e-mail.

The relationship ended when Ms. Asselin has moved to a different city. The accusations leveled against it have been abandoned, Real Lemay has been accused and fired in the spring of 2015.

She : “I know that it is a chemical the two of us !! I freaked out on you as soon as I saw you in interrogation. “

Him : “Ok… prosecutor open to negotiations with you [your lawyer]… She says, “I [do not] smite not on the nail”. It is found that you have already paid not bad. “

She : “That do you want to say that I [do] will not be in court ? They will negotiate out of court ? “

Him : “It means that [you] plaides not guilty worse then trading. “
