The Chairman of the national security of Uzbekistan, Colonel-General Rustam Inoyatov, was dismissed from his post after more than 23 years of service, reported Wednesday the news website of the parliamentary newspaper “Narodnoe Slovo”.

 

Information about the removal of Rustam Rasulovich became known after a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, which was attended by representatives of the General Prosecutor’s office and the national security services of Uzbekistan.
