VICTORIAVILLE | A very bad driver who has lost his license repeatedly that injured two people seriously in an accident in July 2015 is believed not to be a danger on the roads since he rides a bike.
Louis-Philippe Luneau regrets the serious accident he provoked the July 17, 2015 in Saint-Christophe-d’arthabaska, in Centre-du-Québec.
Since the accident, the resident of Victoriaville has not the right to drive. He goes to his work by bike, rain or shine, 12 months a year.
Last November, the 23 year old male was convicted of dangerous driving causing injury to his friend Alexis Laflamme, who was aboard his Nissan modified, and the driver of the other car, Marie-Pier Delisle, he was violently struck.
After being stopped at a stop sign rank Chicago, Mr. Luneau has weighed on the accelerator to make a left turn on route 116, even if the cars were travelling in the opposite direction.
Fearful
