Georges Locas, acquitted
He denied all the facts which had been narrated by the complainant.
“The “embrassages”, it is not true, it did not exist. If I touched his thigh, it is that one is tickled, his stomach was aching from, it was like that. We took it by the neck, it was of the stays “, he said.
Mr. Locas, has also denied that he would have kissed the girl and he would have touched her breasts in the laundry room, while she kept her children were taking their bath in the bathroom next, as she had described in her testimony.
According to Mr. Locas, there would have been no touching of a sexual nature between him and the complainant, ” just cuddle “, he said, miming a hug.
“Go too far “
The man has however admitted to having felt at some time that he had gone too far in showing his affection to the girl.
“I held her tight in my arms and I felt she was uncomfortable. Then, from that day on, I stopped it, the hugs, the tiraillage. I thought it was great and that it was made of something else. “
Judge Bruno Leclerc returned its verdict quickly after his testimony.
Even if they were totally contradictory, the testimony of the complainant was credible, as well as that of the accused, he said.
“It is probable that the facts were as stated by the complainant, it is also possible that they will be produced as the accused said. “
Thus, the judge was not convinced of the guilt of the accused, who was acquitted on the two counts of the indictment.
