TORONTO | A 21 year-old man was charged Monday in Toronto, with second degree murder in connection with the death of Tess Richey, 22 years.
The victim had been seen for the last time in the company of a man, on the 25th of November last, before disappearing. His body was found a few days later, his mother searched for him, in the stairs in an alley of a building under construction, in the gay district, has reported the Toronto police in a press release.
The autopsy of the young woman had revealed that Tess Richey had been strangled.
The investigators had published a photo of a suspect, on the 12th of December, from a security camera.
It is finally Sunday night that Kalen Schlatter was arrested near his home and accused of murder in the second degree.
