A man, aged sixty years was found in cardio-respiratory arrest, in a sauna, which is located on Sainte-Catherine street, in the borough of Ville-Marie in Montreal.
According to initial information obtained from Emergency health, the man was found around 23 mph with significant injuries to the head, possibly caused by a fall.
He was transported to a hospital in a critical condition.
The causes of its collapse remain unknown. It could be a discomfort, or even alcohol poisoning or a drug. The authorities have ruled out the criminal act, and privileged the thesis of the accident.
