MELBOURNE | A rider of twenty years, was seriously injured Saturday morning, around 6 a.m., after a road exit on highway 55 South, in the area of Melbourne, near Sherbrooke.
The man has finished its run in the springboard central to the height of the kilometer 90 and it is believed that the speed may be in question.
The officer Stéphane Tremblay of the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) has stated that”it is feared for the life of the motorcyclist”, which has been transported to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
“According to initial information, it appears that the motorcyclist has made an exit from the road in a curve. He was ejected from his motorcycle and he found himself in the springboard center,” said Mr. Tremblay.
A patrol investigation crash of the SQ has been sent to the site and one lane of traffic had been cut off in a southerly direction.
