    MONTREAL – A man of 51 years is in a critical condition after being struck by a car Friday night in a parking lot located in the borough of Côte-des-Neiges in Montreal.

    The accident took place at around 23: 15 hrs, in a parking lot at the intersection of the avenue de Courtrai, and of the rue Lavoie.

    According to preliminary information, the collision occurred when the driver of the SUV, a man of 63 years old, has performed a manoeuvre reversing.

    The victim, seriously wounded in the head and was transported to a hospital where there are fears for his life.
