    OTTAWA-The green Party of Canada has opened a formal investigation Monday into allegations of bullying against its chief Elizabeth May by three former employees.

    On Saturday, the Toronto Star revealed that Mrs May has created a work environment “toxic” for his employees. Three of them have testified to abuse ” verbal and emotional “.

    They indicated in particular that she has cried on his political staff, and that it would be ” bad to the bone “.

    The green Party has rejected the allegations against his only elected to the House of commons, calling it “about employees disgruntled” in a press release published on Sunday.

    “This is not all the world who loves me. This is correct, this is the life [but] the important thing is to have a respectful workplace to work together, discuss and continue to work as a team,” responded Elizabeth May on Monday, adding that she will remain at the head of the green Party.

    A firm of independent legal counsel of Toronto, is now mandated by the party to shed light on the remarks of his former employees. The results of the investigation should be made public within two to four weeks.
