An octogenarian has been arrested after circulating in the opposite direction for ten kilometres on the highway, in the Bas-Saint-Laurent.
An individual alerted the authorities to 13h45, this afternoon, while it was state of a vehicle which was travelling in the opposite direction heading north on highway 85, near Saint-Louis-du-Ha-Ha.
