THREE-RIVERS – The cause Marie-Lou Beauchamp Filion, a woman of 39 years old accused of having taken the life of his 2-year old child, was back before the court Monday morning.
Her lawyer received the final elements of proof that have been made part of the record.
Last September, the police had been called to his accommodation in Bécancour.
They had discovered a toddler of 2 years arrest cardio respiratory.
The woman also had to be transported to the hospital.
The case was postponed to 13 march.
His lawyer should know if she gives up or not to the holding of a preliminary inquiry.
