Charles Aznavour tackles Michel Polnareff: “I could have canceled, but I’m here”

The legendary artist gave his first concert on Thursday night at the Palais des Sports in Paris.
It is with great nostalgia, spirit and emotion that Charles Aznavour gave a concert at the Paris Palais des Sports Wednesday, December 21 in the presence of thousands of spectators conquered.
The generational idol, who turned 92 in spring 2016 and that appears fitter than ever, performed his greatest and timeless titles: The Emigrants , yesterday , I did not see the time passing , the Bohemia , Two Guitars and now have the delight of his audience, not to mention the inevitable Take me , chosen to conclude the show.
Despite a flu-like state and a hoarse voice he announced – but really nothing to suggest! – the poet did not deviate from his humor. On stage, he also mentioned that little drop scheme and tackling the passage Michel Polnareff , saying he could cancel his visit and play insurance .
On site, besides Bruce Toussaint , some personalities had assured movement to applaud the legendary artist. The actor Jean-Paul Belmondo , 83 and installed alongside the actor Charles Gérard (90 years), did not hide his pleasure. The singer Enrico Macias was also present, like the host Nikos Aliagas , producer Norbert Saada and his daughter, the journalist Laurence Piquet and her husband Norbert Balit, or even the singer Vincent Niclo, came to Arm of his mother Évelyne.
Charles Aznavour will again be in concert at the Sports Palace on 26 and 28 December and will be on tour throughout the world. He will thus be in Madrid on 31 January, in Santiago (Chile) on 11 March, in São Paulo on 16 March, in Rio de Janeiro on 18 March and finally in Moscow on 5 April.
