During the holidays, people eat and drink a lot. This orgy of fats, sugars, and calories mean to our liver and our body. The excesses that one can compensate but is it safe to go up to these cures detox that we are selling to the length of the magazine ?

Cures detox are clearly in the mode. Just open the magazines to be convinced. Advice on essential oils, plants to consume, or infusions to prepare to swarm.

No demonstrated interest in cures detox

Researchers in australia were interested in this matter, and that they have reviewed all of the studies done on the diets detox in a study published in the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
They have sifted through the results of a hundred of research more or less rigorous on the subject : none of them, proves in a scientific way the benefits of these cures.

A healthy diet is sufficient

It is therefore better to focus on a healthy and balanced diet in the aftermath of feast, rather than rushing on the last detox treatment at the mode.
If you have had too much to drink at new year’s eve, it is better to avoid drinking again drinking alcohol in the days that follow to not abuse a liver and a stomach, already highly solicited. Avoid foods rich in fat (high-fat meats, cheeses, and pastries). Fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains and plenty of water will be perfect. Don’t neglect the physical activity

The holiday season rhymes also with good resolutions. But before you put on or get back to sports, we can already offset the caloric intake in excess by moving a little more than usual. Interest sleep
