beef fillet – 300 grams
onion – 1 medium head
sour cream 20% – 2 tablespoons
ketchup – 1 tbsp
flour – 2 tbsp with a small hill
pepper – 3-5 pieces
Bay leaf – 1 pieces


Beef cut into large chunks.
Spread on a pan, add salt to taste and simmer with a small amount of vegetable oil until tender. If necessary, fill up with water.
Cut the onion into cubes and add to meat, simmer until the onion has softened.
Meat with onions put in a saucepan, add water to cover the meat, add pepper and salt to taste.
Simmer 10-15 minutes on low heat, then add sour cream and ketchup, stir.
Dilute the flour with warm water and put into the gravy. Stir.
Add Bay leaf and cook until thick gravy.
