Disassembly of the circuit of the FE: a return to normal of the progressive movement

    The disruptions related to the Formula E will last for a few days. Motorists, as residents of the district, will have to be patient: the streets are closed to traffic will be gradually reopened.

    The disassembly of the circuit and of the facilities began on Sunday and is expected to last until the end of the week and will mostly be done at night.

    As of Monday morning, several axes are already open to traffic:

    – Viger avenue (between avenue Papineau and rue Berri);

    – the Saint-Antoine street (between the streets Berri and Notre-Dame);

    – the rue St. Hubert (between avenue Viger and rue Saint-Antoine );

    – Papineau avenue (between avenue Viger and René-Lévesque boulevard East);

    – the rue Notre-Dame (between the streets Saint-Antoine and Panet);

    the Panet street (between Viger and Notre-Dame).

    On Tuesday, the following streets will also be reopened:

    – the René-Lévesque boulevard (between Berri street and Papineau avenue, north side only with the opposite direction);

    – the Berri street (between Viger st. and de Maisonneuve boulevard);

    – Amherst street, at the intersection of boulevard René-Lévesque;

    – all the cross streets between rue Saint-Hubert and the rue de Champlain

    Wednesday, the intersection of René-Lévesque boulevard and Wolfe street will be reopened.

    On Friday, the boulevard René-Lévesque will be fully reopened to traffic, as are the streets of Saint-Hubert, Saint-André and Saint-Thimothée (between de la Gauchetière and René-Lévesque).

    Finally, the avenue Papineau, boulevard René-Lévesque and rue Viger, will be accessible to traffic as early as Saturday.
