Images disclosed by the us authorities responsible for the safety of the transportation show the extent to which the flight 759 Air Canada has nearly caused a disaster last July 7 at the San Francisco airport.

During the landing, the pilots of flight 759 Air Canada, from Toronto, have aligned their device on a track waiting where there were already four planes preparing to take off.
The photos unveiled Wednesday by the National Transportation Safety Board are very clear: it shows, encircled, the flight 759 Air Canada which is located just above the first of the four planes ready to take off.
A record of the exchanges between the control tower and the management team had confirmed that the Air Canada flight was heading on that track.
These are pilots of an aircraft of United Airlines who had notified the control tower due to seeing the Air Canada heading directly toward them. The crew of an aircraft of Philippine Airlines, who was standing just behind, was also turned on its landing lights to signal its presence to this place.
