Fatal Accident in Amherst: “a couple loved by all”

    AMHERST | The daughter of one of the two victims of the accident involving a autopatrouille Wednesday in the Laurentians don’t want to the police who was driving.

    Natacha Brisson-Gladu Deschênes is inconsolable. It was she who had to identify the body of his mother, Suzanne Brisson, 58 years old, and his father-in-law Pierre Tremblay, 63 years of age.

    The couple was travelling on route 323, at Amherst, to 13 a.m. Wednesday, when his car allegedly skidded before hitting a autopatrouille of the Sûreté du Québec conducted by a female police officer who was at the scene of another incident.

    Ms. Brisson and Mr. Tremblay died from the accident.

    “I’m wiped out. Three months and three days, I have lost my father, my grandfather, my mother and my father-in-law, ” says Natacha Brisson-Gladu Deschênes with emotion.

    Suzanne Brisson and her husband Pierre Tremblay were married in 2012. The couple, who lived in Amherst was spinning the perfect happiness.

    Mr. Tremblay is survived by his son. In addition to being the mother of Natacha, Ms. Brisson was also the grandmother of three granddaughters.
