A fire has ravaged a part of a motel industrial Louiseville, in Mauricie, Saturday afternoon, forcing the fire brigade of the location and neighboring municipalities.

“It is also aligned to be mastered, and to be limited to the section garage of the building, which is occupied by Lessard Transport”, told in the middle of the afternoon Marcel Lupien, fire chief Louiseville.

The building in question, located at 50, chemin de la Grande Quarry (road 348), is also home to several shops, including a convenience store, as well as housing.

The thick smoke from the blaze was visible for many miles round.

Firefighters of the municipalities of Maskinongé Sainte-Ursule and Yamachiche have supported their colleagues in Louiseville, while the Sûreté du Québec has dispatched agents to make the movement.
