Former juror of The Voice, the singer Garou would be in the running to present the show Dancing with the stars after the departure of the actor from Camping Paradis-Laurent Ournac.

The game of musical chairs continues. In addition to the departures of the dancers Silvia Notargiacomo, Grégoire Lyonnet and Emmanuelle Berne, the presenter Laurent Ournac has also decided to pack his bags to avoid a schedule too busy to concentrate on his series Camping Paradise. From 2015 to 2016, the actor has presented Dancing with the stars alongside Sandrine Quétier and the presenter could now team up with a well-known face to viewers of TF1 : Garou.

According to the information of Tv Star, the ex-juror of The Voice would be in talks to co-host the eighth season of Dancing with the stars. It would seem that the ease with which the star has presented the music Festival last June on France 2 has not gone unnoticed. Garou had for the occasion co-presented the evening’s live with Thomas Thouroude.

Having cast Karine Ferri et Valérie Damidot, TF1 would have visibly declined to offer the services of a duo of presenters. A time approached, the comedian Artus had finally declined the invitation, while Christophe Beaugrand had also been on the short list. The production could therefore appeal to Garou whose talents are not lacking.
