Halfpipe: Mike Riddle and Noah Bowman qualified for the finals

    GANGNEUNG, South Korea – Canadians Mike Riddle and Noah Bowman have obtained their place for the finals by qualifying in the halfpipe in freestyle skiing, on Tuesday, the olympic Games in PyeongChang.

    At the end of the two rounds of qualifying, Mike Riddle and is ranked 7th overall, with a best score of 82,20 points.

    For his part, Noah Bowma finished 9th with 77,20 points. By finishing in 13th, their fellow countryman Simon D’artois missed its qualification to only place, since it does not figure among the top 12 skiers.

    During the first round, he was ranked 8th, the second round has not been sufficient (15th and 40,40 points) to obtain its ticket to the finals.

    At the top of the ranking, we find the Americans Aaron Blunck (94,40 points), Alex Ferreira (92,60) and Torin Yater-Wallace (89,60) for the best runs.

    The final of the halfpipe in freestyle skiing will take place on Thursday.
