Why not opt ​​for 6 GB of RAM like OnePlus with OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T? Lao Shi, a Chinese company executive, gave his opinion on the topic on the Weibo social network.
For Lao Shi, a 4GB RAM is enough to run a smartphone as it should, especially when it is accompanied by a powerful processor. In the case of the Huawei P10, the Kirin 960 associated with 4 GB of RAM offers very satisfactory performance . If the Chinese manufacturer did not opt ​​for 6 GB of RAM, it is also because he wanted to control the costs of his flagship. The addition of 2 GB would have resulted in a price increase that Huawei wanted to avoid. Note however that the Huawei P10 Plus – smartphone from which the message was written – is proposed in a 4 GB version of RAM … and a 6 GB version of RAM.
