The authorities have sent to Parliament a document forbidding the adherents of Islam to divorce their spouses without registration of the securities. Traditionally, in order to break up with his wife, a Muslim has to say three times “talaq” (“divorce”). So you can divorce via WhatsApp or Skype. Local Muslims complain that this tradition negatively controls their lives. They had filed a petition in the Supreme court demanding to recognize illegal the divorce, if he is furnished informally.
