In intoxicated male assaulted the bailiff, who would not let him in inappropriate way for judges to apply.

The plaintiff came to court with her mother. The man himself, and his mother was far from sober. They tried to get in the hall of the judges for the filing of the complaint, but the police did not let him, putting on an inappropriate condition. Men tried to disobey and run through police officers, but they grabbed him and took him outside. The young man did not like such actions against him and he attacked one of the officers “with his fists”. Several times he tried to kick the leg of the officer of the court, however, quickly stopped by police and taken into custody.

For threatening the life and health of employee the court the man received 2.5 years of probation, two of which are probationary.
