In Kabardino-Balkaria (KBR) man in a state of alcoholic intoxication, raped two minor girls aged six and nine years living in the neighborhood. Information this is reported by local media, citing police said.

The incident occurred in the Terek district. 49-year-old citizen was fraudulently lured the girls to themselves, took advantage of their helplessness and used force to satisfy their carnal desires. Victims told their parents about the incident. Mother of victims of violence filed a statement to the police. The suspect was arrested under investigation of this incident.

A man was sent to the medical research. Doctors have recorded the accused’s blood alcohol. Experts believe that the attacker had consumed alcohol prior to committing the violence. Proceedings are continuing, at the end of the process the documents forwarded to the court.
