The newspaper Le Parisien confirms that Laeticia Hallyday would like to properly dispose of the remains of Marnes-la-Coquette, where Johnny Hallyday has lived his last moments : the house is currently for sale.
It is in this house of 900m2 as Johnny Hallyday, who passed away on December 6, died of cancer of the lungs, has lived its last moments. The neighborhood has since become a place of pilgrimage for fans while Laeticia Hallyday and her daughters Jade and Joy have preferred to withdraw to Jade’s House on the island of St Barth, where the remains of the rocker has been buried.
The Savannah where the rocker has spent the last few weeks is now compounded of memories too painful to Laeticia Hallyday who has decided to put the property on sale. The newspaper le Parisien has met Caroline Frizon, the director of the agency in charge of the sale and that confesses the price of the remains is still uncertain due to its history : “It is extremely complicated, because one cannot talk about a real price of the property… We talk about the house of Johnny Hallyday (…) You can have someone who comes and who comes out to 35 M€ because it is Johnny “.
It specifies that the area, popular celebrities and businessmen in search of tranquility is not particularly cheap : “It is impossible to find a home for less than€ 3 Million in the park. And yet, at this price, it would be very difficult “.
The house in question has been completely redone in 2010, contains a cinema room and professional on the area of 5 500m2 is a tennis court and a swimming pool.
