Jay Z returns to his argument in the elevator with Solange, sister of Beyoncé : “She’s like my sister” – Gala

In may 2014, images from the video surveillance system of an elevator on the evening of the Met Gala show rapper Jay-Z being violently attacked by his sister-in-law, singer Solange Knowles. We now know more about the reasons of this dispute : would be due to the infidelity of the rapper.

In the month of may 2014, users discover shocked images from the cctv camera of an elevator of a hotel on the evening of the Met Gala : one sees distinctly the singer and sister of Beyoncé, Solange Knowles, attacking the rapper Jay-Z. Since then, the reasons of this dispute have been put to the day : infidelity, Jay-Z would be responsible. The rapper has since been amended with his wife and has even addressed the issue in her latest album 4:44.

For the podcast of Rap Radar, Jay-Z spoke on his relationship with Solange since the dispute : ” I fought and fought with my brothers my whole life. This is what we are, we see things differently. We are not all made in the same mold”. It therefore does not seem to be in the cold with the singer : “We have not had a single disagreement at all. Before and after that, everything went well. She is like my sister. I protégerais. This is my sister and not my sister-in-law, she is my sister”.

The rapper who comes with his wife Beyoncé to welcome the twins, Rumi, and Sir, is preparing to tour the u.s. for his new album, from the months of September and until the end of the year.
