Laeticia Hallyday ensures that Johnny wanted to be buried in St Barth, but some relatives were not aware : already controversy ? – Gala

This Sunday morning, the body of Johnny Hallyday flew to St Barts in the Caribbean. This is where the rocker will be buried, Monday, 11 December, as he wished. A decision which some of his friends and family would have however never heard of.

Just the ceremony tribute over the body of Johnny Hallyday has taken place in a plane. Direction his refuge in paradise : the island of St Barts, between the Atlantic ocean and Caribbean sea. An idyllic place that he discovered in the 1970’s. Much later, Laeticia, falls also under the charm of her cue. Stays in stays, the couple Hallyday even ended up there to build a sumptuous villa named Jade, in the name of their eldest daughter. A corner of paradise far from everything and especially away from the metropolis, ideal to relax. It is under the sun of this small island, more than 6 000 km of Paris, that the Taulier comes to treat his depression, in 2009. But St Barts is also a synonym for happiness, festivals and big gatherings between friends for Johnny. Many of his relatives have been invited. Then, when the time comes to choose his last resting place, the rocker will turn naturally to its island fetish. A choice that screaming of his fans, unhappy at not having been able to collect on the tomb of their idol.

But this is not all. The JDD reports that some close to the singer would never have heard of this last will. Allegations that defends Laeticia Hallyday, claiming that it is a decision to Johnny. According to the JDD, the rocker would have discussed his choice with Bruno Magras, president of the territorial community, as well as with Carole Gruson, the patron saint of the Ti Saint-Barth, a restaurant and nightclub, where Johnny was a regular.

Anyway, this controversy nascent will end Monday, December 11, the date of the burial of the singer. His relatives, including his wife Laeticia, their two daughters Jade and Joy, but also David Hallyday and Laura Smet, are already on their way to make him a last goodbye.
