The mayor of Montreal and the head of the snow removal had to make a new update on the last operation of snow removal that has caused a lot of discontent. They were assured that their administration was not willing to savings.

On the 27th of January, Jean-François Parenteau, mayor of Verdun borough, and responsible for snow removal, has apologized to the Montreal for the delay in announcing the pickup of the snow and ice of sidewalks.
