Today we propose to cook a delicious meat dish with a fragrant pumpkin in the slow cooker. Convenient, fast, and most importantly – delicious,reports Rus.Media.

Pumpkin 1 kg
Beef 1.3 kg
Onion 2 PCs.
Prunes 50 g
Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cooking

Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes of medium size.

Sprinkle the pumpkin with soy sauce, place the vegetables in the refrigerator.

Beef cut into small cubes

add salt and pepper, vegetable oil (1tbsp. L.) and finely chopped onion.
