Interviewed by Terra Femina, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy is in full promo for his album French Touch, has mentioned his relation to feminism and how it defined her relationship with her husband, Nicolas Sarkozy.

The former top model star of the 90’s, former first lady of France, a composer and singer Carla Bruni-Sarkozy is currently in full promotion for her new album French Touch. Interviewed by the web site Terra Femina, the singer has extended her vision of feminism and the way it permeated his love life : “I’m not an activist, but I am a feminist, and my life proves it : I’ve never depended on anyone except of my father until the age of 18, when I started working. Now, I depend on my man, but this is not by the work : I depend on him because he’s missing me and because I love it. But if it bothers me, I can leave at any time ! This is also the feminism, it is the independence, equivalence, that is, the equity”

This week, in another register, the singer boasted on an american site to share with “her man” a ” sex life fantastic.”

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy is married to Nicolas Sarkozy since almost 10 years. The couple welcomed in 2011 the little Giulia, who came to enlarge the family already large : Nicolas Sarkozy was already the father of three boys, John, Louis, and Pierre and Carla Bruni Aurelian, born of her union with the philosopher Raphael Enthoven.
