Nokia 8: Towards an early exit of the smartphone in Europe?
As soon as the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 come out (finally) in France, here a smartphone of HMD Global could point the tip of his nose. In Germany, echoes point to an upcoming launch of the Nokia 8.
This will have the merit of surprising you but it seems that HMD Global, the parent company of Nokia had hidden something to us. While the Finnish firm has just announced the price and release date in France of its Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6, another is expected to follow shortly. According to our German colleagues of WinFuture, a Nokia 8 could arrive in the coming days. Surprising as the three smartphones quoted previously and announced at MWC 2017 last spring came out with a few days late. Anyway, the site seems safe from it and is advancing a price and a release date for the Nokia 8.
The Nokia 8 would already be listed at an unnamed Scandinavian dealer who would have ensured that the smartphone would be released on July 31. In addition, this source announces that the price would be below 600 euros (589 euros to be precise). Several colors would have been prepared by Nokia. Four in all: blue, steel, blue / gold and blue / copper. The smartphone has already been certified by the US FCC under the name TA-1004. It also went under the benchmark AnTuTu through its two versions (4GB and 8GB of RAM). The Nokia 8 of a 5.3-inch QHD screen would ship a Snapdragon 835 and a 13 megapixel dual-purpose camera. All this is to be taken with large tweezers of course. Meanwhile, take a look at the concept Nokia Edge inspired by the Samsung Galaxy S8.
