More than a hundred protesters marched in Quebec city to denounce the “rise of racism” and the “increased presence of far-right groups”, Sunday.

The organizers are also said to be disappointed with the volte-face of the government Couillard, in the fall, on its consultation on systemic discrimination, transformed into a forum on the employment and integration. “This is very disappointing, for us it was a great opportunity to hear the experiences of people racialized, and their claims,” said Ms. Lemieux Breton.
