OTTAWA – nightgowns long sleeve fleece brand Petit Lem, are the subject of a recall because of a risk of burning.
“These products do not comply with the requirements for the flammability of children’s sleepwear of the canadian law and, therefore, present a risk of burns to children,” said Health Canada in a press release.
Made in China, sold and distributed in Canada by Lemur Group Inc., these night shirts made of 100% polyester available in sizes for children from 2 to 7.
The products subject to recall bear the inscription “PL Sleep” and the model numbers 17FT62F561 as well as #101, shown on the label.
Approximately 376 and 1100 products were sold in Canada and the United States, respectively, between October 2017 and February 2018.
On 27 February, the company had not received any reports of incidents or injuries, the consumer.
