MONTREAL – the Sun Youth is offering a reward of up to $ 5,000 to any person who would lead to the arrest and conviction of Eric Demers, a 40-year-old, who would be involved in the robbery committed on the 16th of October last at the Hospital Maisonneuve-Rosemont, in Montreal.

Two alleged accomplices of Demers, Claude Joly, and Gérard Ménard, both aged 59, have already been arrested in relation to the incident. The police have reasons to believe that the three men could have committed other robberies of this type.

It is an anonymous donation made to the Department of crime prevention of the Sun Youth that the organization is launching this call. The award will be effective until June 13, 2018.

People are being asked to report the 911 to share information. Especially, it is recommended not to intervene if someone finds himself in the company of Demers and contact the police without delay.
