SAINT-JEAN-SUR-RICHELIEU | accusations of sexual assault have been filed against a member who was in training at the garrison in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu in September 2016.

In a statement released Wednesday, the canadian armed Forces indicate that Barry Rutherford, which is part of the aviation, faces four counts of sexual assault and two counts of assault.

This is another member who would have been assaulted.

“The charges relate to incidents that have been reported and imply the accused and another member of the canadian armed Forces during their basic training at the School of leadership and recruits of the canadian Forces in September 2016, at the Saint-Jean Garrison,” says the press release.
