Salad “King of anger” – a great alternative to the “Coat”
Serve delicious, hearty salad of beef and assorted vegetables.

Why the anger? Yes, because if the most expensive a person is hungry, delicious treats, a hearty salad of beef and assorted vegetables.

Components:

Boiled beef – 400 g

Boiled potatoes – 400 g

Boiled beets – 400 g

Korean carrot – 300 g

Apple – 1 PC.

Mayonnaise – 250 g

Herbs for decoration

Method of preparation

Salad laid layers:

1 layer – boiled meat, chilled, cut into thin strips.

2nd layer – peeled and grated on a grater Apple and mayonnaise.

3 layer – grated boiled potatoes, mayonnaise.

4 layer – grated boiled beets.

5 layer – Korean carrot (slightly cut if it’s long).

6 layer – thick layer of mayonnaise.

Decorate with greens to your liking and taste.
