The 24h of Tremblant : a 17th edition lucrative

    MONT-TREMBLANT | The organization of the 24h of Tremblant, which ended Sunday at noon, has registered donations record. For this 17th edition of the event, 3 868 742 $ will be donated to sick children or disadvantaged groups, which represents an increase of 20 % compared to last year.

    The funds raised will be distributed to the Fondation Charles-Bruneau, the sens Foundation and Fondation Tremblant. These organizations have, respectively, for the purpose of helping children with cancer, to give children the means to be active and support the underprivileged children in the Laurentians.

    More than 3,300 people attended the event, which took place in Mont-Tremblant. The défi sportif, which rises in group of six to 12 people, takes place over a period of 24 hours. The teams can choose the race of walking, running or skiing.

    In addition to the thousands of participants, visitors and donors, many celebrities, companies and organizations have united for children who are ill or disadvantaged.

    Benoît Gagnon, Philippe Fehmiu, Anne-Marie Withenshaw, Erik Guay, Alexandre Bilodeau et Alexandre Despatie, were part of the ambassadors of the event.
