    The painter, singer and actor, québec Tex Lecor has made the soul in the night of Friday to Saturday at the following pulmonary complications. He was an old man of 84 years.

    Paul Lecorre, his real name, was born on 10 June 1933 at Saint-Michel-Wentworth, north of Lachute in the Laurentians.

    Still active, the artist recognized for his good mood had made an appearance in June with an exhibition of his recent works at the gallery Le balcon d art, a gallery in Saint-Lambert, south of Montreal.

    Tex Lecor has studied at the École des beaux-arts de Montréal in the 1950’s with another well-known artist, Armand Vaillancourt.

    It is also shown in the song, the small screen and of humour. It has been for 13 seasons, one of the organisers of the show There are plenty of sun alongside the friends of the Festival of humor, Jean-Paul Allard, Pierre Labelle, Roger Joubert and Shirley Théroux.

    His wife tells the last days of the artist

    In an interview with Pierre Bruneau on the waves of LCN, Louise Dion-Lecor, the wife of Tex Lecor, said Saturday that he left very peacefully, although it was to those who don’t particularly like hospitals, where it has stayed for five days.

    “There is a party [Friday] night, very quiet, looking at us”, she added.

    His wife said that he fell ill on August 30, stating that it seemed initially to suffer from a cold. “I kept it in the house until Sunday. Our son came and called the ambulance. It was pneumonia, not his first. Then, we were told that it was the legionnaires ‘disease”, she said, especially because he smoked pot.

    According to Ms. Dion-Lecor, Tex Lecor had been deeply affected to see one of his brothers to palliative care. “She was very upset,” she said.
