So you want to surprise guests with their culinary talents, but the shrimp, capers, and other innovations are not always expensive. Out of the usual for us products, you can build a wonderful salad “the Count”. Those who like dishes of boiled beets, making this a masterpiece of dignity. All that will be needed to give the salad a piquancy and festive format — a little bit of prunes and nuts.

Salad “Count”

Ingredients

Beets 1 PC.

Potatoes 3 PC.

Prunes 50 g

Egg 4 PCs.

Walnuts-50 g

Mayonnaise 150 g

Salt to taste

Cooking

Beets, potatoes and eggs boil, cool and clean. Separate eggs into whites and yolks.

Prunes pour hot water and let stand to soften, then finely chop.

Put the salad layers, lubricating each mayonnaise and pisolite, in the following order: diced beets, sliced in the same way potatoes, chopped egg yolks, prunes, proteins.

Decorate the salad with nuts and put in the fridge for a couple hours. Ready!
